Booking information

  • We require written confirmation by post or email.
  • The reservation is valid as soon as the deposit reaches us by bank transfer and by the agreed date. If not, the reservation expires.
  • Prices are in euros per apartment/day and do not include the resort tax per apartment/day (15 years of age and older) of € 2.00 per person/day.
  • The prices include bed linen, hand towels, all crockery, power and heating.
  • On the day of arrival, your apartment will be available for occupation from 16:00.
  • We request that you vacate your apartment by 10:00 at the latest on the departure date.
  • The summer prices include the JOKER CARD for Saalbach-Hinterglemm.
  • The Austrian hotel contract terms and conditions apply.
  • Types of payment: cash payments or bank transfer. We also accept credit cards.
